I am Efe Hüseyin Özkan, a Management Information Systems student at Altınbaş University (ranked 1st in class, GPA: 3.76), with a strong focus on software engineering and emerging technologies.
My programming journey began in 2021 with Python, which quickly expanded into databases, web development, and eventually full-stack engineering. Over the years, I have developed a particular interest in building products that sit at the intersection of modern web technologies and artificial intelligence.
I am currently on an Erasmus exchange at Universidade da Coruña studying Computer Engineering. My project work reflects a commitment to building complete, end-to-end solutions - from model training to production-ready user interfaces.

- •Developed RAG-architecture document processing systems and AI-powered chatbot projects using Python, Docker, and Llama.cpp; optimized model inference speed.

- •Built vector database management dashboards with Streamlit and provided technical training and mentorship on AI Chatbot and RAG Architecture within the organization.

Projects
TÜBİTAK 2209B: Visual Defect Detection
A deep learning-based quality control system for the packaged food industry using YOLO segmentation and detection models. Achieved over 90% accuracy in real-time defect detection with pixel-level precision using CNN. Built a React-based dashboard to display metrics. Approved by TÜBİTAK, currently in progress as lead researcher.
